Last updated: 1 July 2025. These Terms govern your use of this website and the engagement of A.C.N. 703 430 700 Pty Ltd (ABN 61 703 430 700) for professional business and consulting services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or engage our services. These Terms apply together with any written engagement agreement or statement of work we issue to you.
2. About Us
A.C.N. 703 430 700 Pty Ltd (ABN 61 703 430 700) is an Australian proprietary limited company based in Melbourne VIC, providing professional business and consulting services. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean A.C.N. 703 430 700 Pty Ltd. References to "you" mean any visitor to this website, prospective client or engaged client.
3. Our Services
The scope of any consulting engagement will be set out in a written proposal, quote or engagement agreement provided to you before work commences. Information on this website describes our services in general terms only and does not constitute an offer, a guarantee of any particular outcome, or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
4. Quotes and Engagement
- Quotes provided by us are valid for the period stated in the quote, or 30 days where no period is stated.
- A binding engagement arises only when you accept a quote or engagement agreement in writing and any required deposit or upfront fee has been received.
- Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and will not commence until you approve the additional fees in writing.
- We may decline any engagement at our discretion, including where a conflict of interest exists.
5. Fees, Payment and GST
All fees are payable in Australian dollars in accordance with the payment terms stated in your quote or engagement agreement. Where applicable, fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as defined in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth), and we will issue a compliant tax invoice. Late payments may attract interest or reasonable recovery costs as set out in the engagement agreement. We may suspend services where amounts remain overdue after written notice.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information, reasonable access to personnel and records needed to perform the services, and prompt feedback on deliverables. We rely on the accuracy of information you supply; we are not responsible for delays or deficiencies caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information provided by you or your representatives.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable Australian law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be rendered with due care and skill and will be reasonably fit for the purpose communicated to us.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as required by the Australian Consumer Law:
- we exclude all implied warranties and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms or your engagement agreement;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings;
- where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited, at our election, to the resupply of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services resupplied, consistent with section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law;
- our liability is otherwise capped at the fees actually paid by you for the relevant services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of our fees, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables prepared for you for your internal business purposes. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methodologies, templates, frameworks and know-how.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement and will use it only for the purpose of performing the services. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law, and survives termination of the engagement.
11. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, interfere with its operation, scrape or republish its content without our prior written consent, or use it in any way that breaches applicable Australian law.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party resources. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control or accept responsibility for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice provisions of the applicable engagement agreement. We may terminate immediately if you fail to pay amounts due, breach these Terms materially, or if continuing the engagement would create a legal or ethical conflict. Upon termination, you remain liable for fees for work performed up to the date of termination, and clauses 7 to 10 survive termination.
14. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services or using this website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet or utility outages, pandemic-related restrictions, or actions of government authorities.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. The version published at the time you engage our services governs that engagement, except where a signed engagement agreement states otherwise.
